Each restaurant on Dine runs its own ordering app. Your order is a contract between you and that restaurant. Dine provides the software and does not prepare, sell or deliver the food, and does not hold your payment: online payments go to the restaurant's own payment account.
Prices, charges and taxes are set by the restaurant and shown before you pay. If a restaurant rejects or cancels your order, any online payment is refunded to the original payment method or to your wallet at that restaurant.
One login works across restaurants on Dine, and each restaurant sees only its own customers. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account.
